Everyone on the staff we interacted with were friendly, kind, helpful and made for a truly enjoyable mini-staycation for my husband and I. We were pleasantly surprised at checkin to hear we had been upgraded to a penthouse room on the 16th floor! (It was our 16th anniversary!) I'm not sure how it happened but it was the best surprise after a season of busy and craziness for our family. We went for one night this past week to celebrate our anniversary. I have to take a minute to write a review after seeing some negative ones prior to our visit.
